Fans of the show here (that is: people on the forums) will have known that I've been working on yet another Super Metroid rohm ack these past couple of months. As of yesterday, it's finally done!

The hack is called dogtroid. You can play it now! It has also been added to the romhack subpage, but you'll find no extra information there.

The hack was my submission to the Ambureon Romhacking Showcase (which ended just over a week ago), and the Metroid Construction Ocean Ruins Contest (which ended yesterday). I have limited time in my life, so I'll take any chance to multitask that I can (#Lifehacks). Ambureon received a slightly less finished version of the hack, but otherwise they're the same thing.

Anyhow, with this whole new contest just having ended its submission period, I have once again had the chance to update the venerable Contest Hack List. I've been getting a lot of mileage out of updating that. Anyhow, I haven't played any of the other hacks yet, but I think you should. They're probably pretty good!
