Oktrollberfest 2024

Oktrollberfest is a yearly game jam run by some folks in the ZZT community for the past several years. The goal is to make a "trollgame." It does not necessarily have to be a ZZT game.

I made the character Samantha Arantes for the express purpose of being able to upload a game to itch in 2021, and have done that every year since. None of my games have been particularly trolly, but I've enjoyed making them nonetheless.

This year will (hopefully) be no exception to that rule.

I got the premise, beginning, and ending all nicely outlined.

The middle portion is still a weird, amorphous blob that I will have to discover in the process of making it, but at least I know what the goal is.
