it's a snes9x input movie file, and the movie refused to play back in modern snes9x. so i played it back in snes9x 1.43 which is very old. i had forgotten how weird the sound used to be in snes emulators, it was nostalgic. i dno't know any technical details but i think it's just "snes sound weird"
